I’m Xiomara Arroyo, a marketing leader and growth strategist with more than 18 years of experience developing brands, leading integrated programs, and helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into focused action.
My career has taken me across industries, markets, and stages of growth—from B2B technology and international events to nonprofit, education, real estate, and consumer-facing brands. Across those environments, one principle has remained consistent: effective marketing begins with clarity.

And clarity about how people, channels, and resources will work together to achieve it.
My role is often to create that clarity—and then build the strategy, systems, and cross-functional alignment required to move the work forward.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and 15 + years of experience in the Marketing and Business Development field. I’ve been certified in SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, Digital Marketing, FB Ads, and Project Management; To keep up with the ever-evolving digital marketing world and serve my customers with the utmost knowledge and up-to-date digital trends.
